Black Diamond Property Owners Association

We are a private community located just west of Blacksburg, VA and Roanoke, VA in Craig County. Surrounded by National Forest, close to the Appalachian Trail and the New River, with a fully stocked and privately maintained trout stream, Black Diamond is an outdoors enthusiast's dream. 

The property owners association performs many duties including maintenance of roads and common areas, stocking of the trout stream, and planning of community and social activities.
